Who am I?

My name is Ally (insta @fitmumscoach) and I’m a busy working mum of 2 girls, Savannah (7) and Arabella (3). As a fitness coach, I’m deeply passionate about helping busy working mums reclaim their health and confidence.

Being an expat single parent is not easy.While cities like Dubai offer an amazing lifestyle (something I’m incredibly grateful for), being a single parent far from home comes with its own set of challenges that can sometimes feel overwhelming and isolating.
